UPDATE 8:30pm 9/1/2023

Crews have repaired the damage to the distribution system and water has been restored to impacted customers. Hydrants have been flushed and a water sample has been taken and transported to a certified lab.

Until tests confirm the water is safe for human consumption, out of an abundance of caution, customers in the Hunter's Knoll subdivision on Bush Boulevard, Huntington Drive, and Fon Du Lac Drive will remain under a boil order. Testing takes a minimum of 24-hours. We anticipate being able to lift the boil order late Saturday evening.

Thank you for you patience and understanding.

Crews have determined that in order to make the necessary repairs, isolation valves needed to be fully closed. When water service is restored residents in Hunter's Knoll will be under a boil order for at least 24 hours after water is restored. This is in order to collect and take samples to a certified lab to ensure water is safe for consumption. This testing takes a minimum of 24 hours to complete.
