BOIL ORDER LIFTED - Tamarac Way Water Main Break

UPDATE: The boil order for residents impacted by the Tamarac Way water main break has been lifted as of Friday 6/30/2023 at 8:15pm. Results from the certified lab have confrimed that the water is safe for consumption. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this water main break
UPDATE: Water has been restored as of 6:00pm Thursday 6/29. Crews have repaired the damaged pipe. A boil order is in effect until a certified lab can confirm the water is safe for human consumption. This will take a minimum of 24 hours from when water was restored. We anticipate the boil order to be lifted Friday 6/30/2023 in the early evening.
UPDATE: A BOIL ORDER has been issued to residents on Tamarac Way in the Crestwicke area. Crews have determined that in order to make the necessary repairs, isolation valves needed to be fully closed. When water service is restored residents along Tamarac Way will be under a boil order for at least 24 hours after water is restored. This is in order to collect and take samples to a certified lab to ensure water is safe for consumption. This testing takes a minimum of 24 hours to complete.
