Dear BTPWD Customer,

BTPWD is replacing water meters system wide. A BTPWD employee will arrange a time to complete this work.

There is no cost to the customer for this meter replacement, but you are required to have your water meter replaced. 

To install the new meter:

• BTPWD employees will need to gain access to the water meter inside your home or meter pit.
• The water meter area should be clear and accessible. Please move items away from this area before the scheduled arrival of personnel.
• An adult 18 years of age or older must be present at the time of installation if the meter is inside the home.
• If you have pets, please keep them in a secure location and please make sure any outside gates are unlocked.
